2. Assurance of product conformity
2.1 Descriptions of the products offered by Leo Camerini are based on information provided by suppliers. Furthermore, the information provided for each product, as well as all photographs and videos of the product, are published as indications, as are all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs or symbols of any kind contained within the pages of the site
2.2 In accordance with Articles 128 to 135 of the Consumer Code, any product bearing manufacturing defects reserves the same conditions provided for by the legislation of the right to withdrawal.
3.1 Leo Camerini (Sirio S.r.l.) is not responsible for damage of any kind arising from improper installation and/or use of the product which is improper and/or not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as well as damage caused by unforeseeable circumstances.
3.2 Leo Camerini (Sirio S.r.l.) is not liable in the event of loss of income, profits or data or for any indirect damages of any nature arising from or related to contracts subject to the Terms and Conditions.
4. Suspension of Service
4.1 Leo Camerini (Sirio S.r.l.) reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, the provision of Services for the time required for necessary technical operations and/or operations intended to improve the quality of these services.
4.2 Leo Camerini (Sirio S.r.l.) may, at any time, discontinue providing Service should there be justifiable reasons of safety or violations of confidentiality, providing, in this case, notice to the user.
5 Applicable Law
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 on consumption, with specific reference to rules on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.
